What is Executive Consulting?
Executive Consulting comprises essentially:

The provision of advice, guidance and support to business leaders, executives, and senior managers.

Assisting with problem or business challenge diagnosis and assisting with recommendation of response strategies and their implementation plans to respond to such.

Aiding leaders and managers to make well informed decisions through having a broader perspective and independent and impartial yet well measured consultancy input.

As may be required, stepping into a specific role / position, or heading up or forming part of a team to execute on the agreed recommendations and actions arising or a specific project or initiative / assignment.

Exposure and experience in large multinational listed enterprises, substantial private and family businesses, and having founded and grown businesses from the ground up.
